General Rules

Account Registration & Security

One account per person

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, support must be notified immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ag99 may request a copy of a user's national ID or passport at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be 18 years of age or older to use ag99. Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.

• Users must access the platform from Bangladesh or an approved region.
• Ag99 officers and employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.
• Accounts may not be used on behalf of another person or as part of a professional betting syndicate.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits at ag99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum depends on the account's VIP tier.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority instant withdrawal processing.
